3. Payments & Fees
- Our service fees are based on a percentage per load (as agreed in contract).
- Payments must be made as per the agreement signed between both parties.
- We do not guarantee specific earnings, as rates depend on the freight market.
4. Limitations of Liability
- ShineWave Logistics LLC is not responsible for accidents, delays, breakdowns, or damages caused during transportation.
- We are not liable for losses due to inaccurate documents or information provided by the client.
5. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice.
- Outstanding payments must be cleared upon termination.
